Our little nature spot is located on the Loire river cycling route in the bocage between Vienne and Loire a few kilometres from Chinon.
In a small housing estate, in the middle of nature and on the edge of the village, you will enjoy the calm and serenity of the place. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to see a doe, a deer or a squirrel?

The lodging

The house has all the necessary comfort for a quality stay. This house gets tons of light and comes with modern amenities including electric heaters and ventilators (vital in the summer months).
It consists of 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 90-200 which can be joined or separated, a wardrobe and a work space.
The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, food processor, blender, mixer-beater, senséo coffeemaker, kettle, fridge-freezer, … a table for 6 people and a living room with a sofa. A 55″ smart TV is there also. It opens onto the terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue area, garden furniture, deckchairs and a table that can also accommodate 6 people.
It has 2 bathrooms/shower rooms, one of which has PRM access, and 3 toilets.
A storeroom with washing machine, ironing board and steam central will also accommodate your provisions.
Household linen (bed made on arrival with fresh linen, towels and tea towels) will be provided as well as the starter pack (dishwasher tablets, condiments, toilet paper, …).

You can benefit from the sun and nature in our garden, but if the weather is upset, then there is a playroom  (unheated) at your disposal in the old garage. You will be able to spend moments with family or friends around a game of billiards, darts, board games… to still keep you happy with your stay with us!
The house is fully equipped with cable or Wifi internet (fast fiber optics), Netflix and Freebox TV .
The house is non-smoking and our friends pets are not accepted.

The Big News for 2023 is the Hot Tub, a real nordic bath, wood heated ! You can also benefit from our all wodden full spectrum IR sauna. And for the summer months, our little urban wooden pool to refresh yourself and your family !

Savigny-en-Véron, Centre-Val de Loire, France
Visit the castles of the Loire Valley (Chinon, Azay le Rideau, Rigny-Ussé, Langeais, Villandry, Saumur, …), the cellars and vineyards of the AOC Chinon, Bourgueil, Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil, Saumur, … Saumur’s Cadre Noir is 20 minutes away, Futuroscope, Terra Botanica and the Bioparc are less than an hour away and the Puy du Fou is an hour and a half away.
CNPE is less than 5 minutes away by car.

Getting around

The house is located on the course of the Loire River by bike. The bocage is just behind, for beautiful walks as is the « Loire à velo ».
A quick charging station for electric and hybrid cars is less than 500 m away.

We can provide advice on tourist attractions and assistance in traveling around if needed!

NB : The Hot tub is a real nordic bath, wood heated. This is an exceptional experience ! Ask nordics about it ! Depending on the outside temperature, it takes from two to four to heat at the desired temperature (39°).

Wood is provided to start, but depending on the time of your arrival, we can propose a welcome pack with the hot tub at temperature at your arrival + bathrobes + local « Champagne-like » wine for €100.
